On August 2, 1971, a Bulova chronograph was worn on the moon, engineered for the demands of the lunar environment. Now, Bulova returns to the design and updates it with an exclusive high precision quartz movement, continuing its legacy of precision timing with the men’s Bulova Lunar Pilot chronograph from the Archive Series. The Bulova Lunar Pilot chronograph keeps the look of the original model with its bold 43.5 mm silver-tone stainless steel case. Slim chronograph pushers and a crown with the Bulova tuning fork logo sit at 3 o’clock, adding a subtle signature touch. The deep black dial, protected by a flat sapphire crystal, is inspired by the darkness of space and contrasted with crisp white accents, including the tachymeter ring and vintage Bulova logo.

Slim hands and applied markers are coated with Super-LumiNova for clear visibility in low light. Three recessed sub-dials display the 1/20-second counter, running seconds, and 60-minute chronograph.

Inside, Bulova’s high-precision 262 kHz quartz movement delivers outstanding accuracy. The watch comes with a stainless steel bracelet and an interchangeable NATO leather strap for added versatility.
